Returns Policy

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns due to the hygiene and nature of our products please choose carefully. If in the unlikely event your product is damaged please contact us with photos and description within 10 business days to rectify the issue.


We currently only ship within Australia but if you send us an email and your outside of Australia we will be happy to give you a shipping quote. We have several options in our shipping from Sendle who use Fastway and Couriers Please as well as Australia Post. If you would like a specific postal service please choose at checkout.

When purchasing over $65 there is FREE STANDARD SHIPPING which automatically uses Sendle please use the code: freeshipping (all one word)

Once the product leaves our hands we are not responsible for the postage service/Arrival you are always supplied with a Tracking Number & Reference. Authority to Leave is out of our hands please choose Australia Post if not wanting your parcel left.
